Hello! My name is Zefrem. I also go by Zef. I am a lucid dreamer, group instructor, personal mentor, energy worker and encourager of others. I have been practicing lucid dream coaching and teaching workshops since 2015 and have been featured in print (Whole Living Journal), on the radio (Waves of a New Age), and online as well, to name a few.
My techniques focus on empowerment via meditation coaching, guided imagery, and training the visceral imagination through expanding sensory and cognitive awareness. I strive to help my clients become the center of their dreams and of their worlds, teaching a unique approach to mindfulness within the infinite world of lucid dreaming.
